Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TopSellerStats website and analytics service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

TopSellerStats connects to the marketplace accounts you authorize, imports your sales, fee, advertising and inventory data, and presents profit analytics derived from it. The Service reports what your marketplace reports. We do not sell products, hold inventory, or act as a party to any transaction between you and a marketplace or a customer.

2. Not affiliated with Amazon

TopSellerStats is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. "Amazon" and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. and are used here only to describe the marketplace the Service works with.

3. Accounts and access credentials

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your password confidential. When you connect a marketplace account you grant us permission to read data from it on your behalf using the credentials or tokens you supply. You may revoke that access at any time from your marketplace account or by removing the store from the Service.

4. Plans, billing and the free trial

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you select. Prices are shown before you confirm a purchase. A free trial gives full access for the stated number of days and does not require payment; if you do not subscribe when it ends, data collection for your stores stops and your reports keep only the days already gathered.

If auto-renewal is enabled on your account, we charge the payment method on file at the start of each new period until you turn it off. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

5. Refunds

If the Service does not work as described and we cannot resolve it, contact us and we will review a refund for the unused part of your current period. We do not refund periods that were fully used, and we do not refund amounts a marketplace withheld or a payment provider charged.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access another customer’s data, or to probe, scan or overload the Service.
• Do not resell, sublicense or republish the Service or its output as your own product.
• Do not use the Service to violate a marketplace’s terms, applicable export controls, or any law that applies to you.
• Do not upload data you have no right to process.

7. Your data and ours

You keep ownership of the data you connect and upload. You grant us the limited right to process it to operate the Service for you — importing, storing, computing metrics and presenting them back to you. We describe what we collect and how it is handled in the Privacy Policy. The Service itself — its software, design and documentation — remains ours.

8. Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the Service available and correct, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Marketplace data arrives through third-party APIs and reports that can be delayed, incomplete or revised after the fact; where our figures are incomplete we mark them rather than fill the gap with an estimate. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows.

9. Not financial, tax or legal advice

The Service reports numbers and helps you read them. It does not provide accounting, tax, investment or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for your accountant or your own records.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopSellerStats is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TopSellerStats harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or of any law that applies to you.

12. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached, if required by law, or if an account creates a risk to the Service or to other customers. After termination we delete or anonymize your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will give notice by email or in the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
